I’m Jaime. I like helping local businesses, so that’s who I build for.
Helping people is the part of any job I’ve gotten the most out of. Somebody has a problem, you work out what it actually is, and you go fix it. That has never changed for me no matter what the work was.
I started building in 2016 and I never stopped. School, classes, coursework, and a lot of nights and weekends on top of a full time job, because I love it. That job is pest control, which is how I ended up around local businesses in the first place, and why these are the companies I want to build for.
Before anybody calls you they look you up, and what they find is how they decide whether you’re a real business or a maybe. That’s the part I like fixing.
So I’m not going to talk to you about funnels or engagement. You work with me directly, you have my cell, and nobody you’ve never met is touching your site.

From first look to live site.

You see the work before you pay anything
I build you a homepage first, using your own photos and reviews. Three business days, no meeting. If it’s not right, we shake hands and you keep it.

We talk
You look at what I built and tell me what you think. I ask about the jobs you want more of, the areas you want to be working, and who you’re up against.
- 03
You’re in
A deposit gets it started. I send you a short form for your logo, photos, and services. On bigger builds we also sit down for 45 minutes and plan it out properly.
- 04
You approve the direction
I design the homepage off that conversation, not off guesses. You say yes or you tell me what to fix.
- 05
Build and launch
Most sites go live 2 to 4 weeks after you approve the homepage. Then I keep it running and updated.
Sessions are early morning or after hours if that’s easier on your schedule.
Text me an edit and I handle it.

Most of my clients stay on a monthly plan so they never have to think about it. The bottom one just keeps it online and secure. The higher ones mean I am actually adding to the site every month.

REAL QUESTIONS I GET
Straight answers.
Most of my clients did. One had a guy who retired on him. Another paid a thousand dollars for something he couldn't stand looking at. If yours is doing its job, keep it. If you're not sure, let me build you a homepage for free and you can put them side by side.
Depends on how many pages you actually need, and whether you want me keeping it current after it launches. I'll give you a real number on the phone, not after three meetings.
That's most of the reason I do the mockup first. You don't have to send me anything or sit through a meeting to see what your site could look like. Three days, and you either like it or you don't.
Then you know the two ways it goes wrong. Either it looks cheap, or the guy disappears. You see the work before you pay me, and once you’re on a monthly plan you have my cell. You text me, you get me, not a ticket and not a form.
No. That's what the monthly plan is for. You text me the change, I make it. Nobody's asking you to learn software.
Two to four weeks for most, from the day you approve the homepage. Bigger builds run four to eight.
